YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE STRONG
The expectations to be strong all the time is unfair and overwhelming.
Wanting or needing a break, doesn’t make you weak. The strength of knowing you need a moment to breathe, to rest, and prioritize your well-being.
It’s part of being beautifully human and it’s OK to embrace those feelings without judging yourself
You’re not alone and feeling this way and it’s all right to give yourself permission to not have to be strong all the time.
Remember to breathe and take as much time as you need to heal.
