Some days will always be harder than others. Be patient with yourself. You have won many battles, but the war will take time. You can be 17 or 78 and still make mistakes in life. But Try not to punish yourself too much over them.
There will be days You will compare yourself to others because everyone does it but try to remember that someone also compares themselves to you, too.
Be kinder to the thoughts in your head that you are thinking.
In life there will always be that one person you gave your whole heart to, and you will find that it still wasn’t enough for them. But you will always be enough for yourself. With all said and done that’s the person who lives your life, that’s the person you have to impress is yourself.
So be a friend to yourself and not the enemy. You will get through this.
