I didn't change, I just started treating people the way they treat me

I didn't change, I just started treating people the way they treat me, and that's a powerful statement, because it's about setting boundaries, and being honest with yourself, and others, about what you will, and won't tolerate, and it's about recognizing that you deserve to be treated with respect, and kindness, and compassion, and empathy.

It's about realizing that you don't have to accept abusive, or toxic, or manipulative behavior from others, and that you have the right to stand up for yourself, and to assert your needs, and your feelings, and your desires.
It's about understanding that you can't control how others behave, but you can control how you respond to them, and how you allow them to treat you, and it's about choosing to surround yourself with people who uplift, and support you, and who treat you with love, and respect, and kindness.
I didn't change, I just started treating people the way they treat me, is a statement of empowerment, and self-love, and self-respect, and it's a reminder that you deserve to be treated well, and that you should never settle for anything less.
It's a statement that says, I'm worth it, and I deserve to be treated with love, and respect, and kindness, and I won't accept anything less, and that's a powerful, and liberating message, that can change your life, and your relationships, and your sense of self-worth, forever.
